1. Service Booking & Delivery Scope
Beauty Ruler Salon provides professional aesthetic and hair styling services on-site at our studio located at 17301 Valley Mall Rd Ste 448, Hagerstown, MD 21740. We do not offer mobile or home-visiting services.
2. Appointment Reservation Policy
Appointments can be booked online, by phone at +12402036634, or in person. To secure your reservation for semi-permanent makeup or major color transformations, a non-refundable booking deposit may be required. This deposit applies directly toward your total service balance on the day of treatment.
3. Arrival Time & Timeliness
We request that clients arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled service time to complete mandatory health forms and brow mapping consultations. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling your appointment to avoid compromising the quality and safety of subsequent client appointments.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancelling or rescheduling standard appointments, and 48 hours' notice for semi-permanent makeup services. Late cancellations or missed appointments without notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit or a cancellation fee.
5. In-Studio Retail Product Sales
For beauty products, aftercare kits, and hair products purchased in person at our Valley Mall studio, all sales on opened or used products are final due to health and sanitation codes. Unopened products in original packaging may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
6. Quality Assurance
If you are unsatisfied with a haircut, color service, or brow shaping, please notify Beauty Ruler Salon within 5 days of your appointment. We will schedule a complimentary consultation and adjustment with your original artist or an alternate specialist.
